Conducting a process audit and creating SOPs for a luxury group travel company has led to the development of a comprehensive set of operations manuals and SOPs. These resources enable team members to work more efficiently and effectively while empowering them to contribute at a higher level through well-defined decision-making structures and guidelines.
This package is designed to be 3 months in duration to allow for capture, creation, refinement and team adoption.
Business owners who are ready to streamline and improve their custom journey processes (booking> post trip) to enhance team efficiency. You are ready to invest money, time and team effort towards making the day to day workload smoother and improving the overall customer experience.
This is a non-refundable investment. I aim to provide personalized consulting services to help you grow your business. In accepting one of the limited number of places I have available, you acknowledge I am committing my time and resources to you. For this reason, if you decide to withdraw from your consultation/ workshop/ program, I will not offer a refund. I trust you to make a wise and thoughtful decision.
You will need to ensure you and your team have capacity to support this process. Team members will need to be available for about 4-5 hours throughout the process for interviews, SOP capture and training. Owners/managers will need to be available for about double that plus be available to answer questions via email along the way.
